Organisations comprise of a group of people working together including businesses, educational institutions, families, governmental, social and cultural organisation. If we looked at the organisation like a ship with each player having control of a rudder, the aim would be for all the rudders to be steering the ship in the same, agreed upon course. However the reality so often is that each one brings to the organisation their subconscious belief systems and agendas that tend to steer the ship in various directions, creating tensions in it’s orientation.
Organisational
Alignment identifies where this is happening, where the energy is stuck or
blocked and helps to open the flow in the direction that is true for the
organisation, in alignment with it’s mission statement.
How does it work?
