For your Organisation

Organisations comprise of a group of people working together including businesses, educational institutions, families, governmental, social and cultural organisation.  If we looked at the organisation like a ship with each player having control of a rudder, the aim would be for all the rudders to be steering the ship in the same, agreed upon course. However the reality so often is that each one brings to the organisation their subconscious belief systems and agendas that tend to steer the ship in various directions, creating tensions in it’s orientation.

                                                                                                                  

Organisational Alignment identifies where this is happening, where the energy is stuck or blocked and helps to open the flow in the direction that is true for the organisation, in alignment with it’s mission statement.

 

 

How does it work?

  1. The Mission statement is established and discerned as to it’s appropriateness for current time.
  2. The internal and external organogram is evaluated energetically to identify the energetic flows between individuals and departments in the organisation, identifying areas and connections that are blocked.
  3. What needs to manifest at that current time is identified that is not yet true for the organisation.
  4. What is currently blocking that positive energy from entering is identified.
  5. Each blockage is then released through the appropriate people which can be done personally if they are available and ready, or if not will be done in their absence.
