| Life Alignment encourages the flow of energy within the body, helping to release any areas of stress. Therefore, enabling the body to activate it's own healing qualities. Whilst relaxing, Life Alignment helps to aid healing in every part and function of the body in a gently, yet positive and effective way. I practice from Crystal House, near Loughborough, Leicestershire, near to A6/A46, nearest motorway the M1 at Junction 21. As well as Life Alignment, I am also qualified in Reflexology, Crystal Therapy, Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling), Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy. | Life Alignment is a powerful tool that has helped many of my clients heal themselves on every level physically emotionally mentally and spiritually. I have been a qualified therapist since 1998 and qualified in Life Alignment since 2001. I work from my clinic in Mountsorrel Leicestershire (just off the A6 between Leicester and Loughborough). | My background originates in Occupational Therapy and Counselling which gave me experience with physical, emotional and particularly mental health issues. I stopped working when I developed ME. This turned out to be one of lifes gifts and recovering from illness transformed my life expanding my understanding of the nature of ill health and the path to well-being. And I discovered Life Alignment! I have witnessed Life Alignment bring deep healing and know it to be an important technique for individuals and globally. I believe that human beings have an amazing capacity for healing growth and transformation. It is always a privilege to be part of someone's healing process. I am committed to creating an environment where this process can take place so the individual's life force/higher self can be accessed and relied upon to guide their healing journey. I am a Reiki-Seichem master. I am also a practitioner in the beautifully simple yet profound Metamorphic Technique which involves a light touch to the spinal reflex points on the feet hands and head. | ||
